The non-profit organisation “Louklëppelcher” is founded in 1987 to create a children’s daycare centre in the municipality of Clerf.

The “Louklëppelcher” nursery opens for the first time in April 1989 and has been looking after children aged 0 to 4 ever since.

On 3 December 2007, the Maison Relais opens in the current “Précoce” building, where it remained for nearly 4 years under the management of Arcus. It had a total of 6 rooms.

In July 2010, the proposed name “Packatuffi” is finally adopted as the result of a competition organised by the school syndicate for the Maison Relais children.

The municipality decides to part company with Arcus in September 2011. The non-profit organisation “Louklëppelcher” takes over the “Maison Relais Packatuffi”.

On 2 January 2012, the newly established Maison Relais – Crèche moves to the school campus in Reuler.

On 4 January 2021, the “Edward Steichen” international school opens on the Reuler campus. We have been responsible for the afternoon care of these children since September 2020.

On 1 September 2022, the sponsorship of the “Louklëppelcher asbl” changes to the non-profit foundation “Elisabeth Stëftung”.
